eBanqo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form across our platform and services. The safety of minors is non-negotiable, and we treat every report and signal of harm with the highest priority. Our services are intended exclusively for business and professional use. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under the age of 13 to create an account or use eBanqo. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly remove their access and any associated data.

Prohibited conduct

  • Uploading, sharing, or distributing any material that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor.
  • Soliciting, grooming, or attempting to make contact with a minor for harmful or exploitative purposes.
  • Facilitating, promoting, or linking to content or services involving the abuse of children.
  • Misrepresenting your age or identity in order to circumvent our age restrictions.
  • Using eBanqo's communication tools to threaten, coerce, or harm a minor in any way.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these standards, with or without prior notice, and to preserve relevant information. Where required or appropriate, we may report confirmed violations to the required authorities.

We maintain safeguards including reporting channels, content review, and access controls designed to detect and prevent abuse. These measures are reviewed regularly and updated as our platform and the threat landscape evolve.
